Natasha & Rowan both flew in from Hong Kong to celebrate their vows. Both being professionals in their respective fields, Natasha teaches English at a Language Centre in Hong Kong while Rowan trades stock and is in the final stages of completing his Actuarial Science Degree.
I was booked to photograph their wedding a year in advance by Monica ( Natasha's mom ) and looked forward to our initial meeting. Their is a saying that beauty is from within, and Natasha was that kind of person, gentle, calm, yet a determination of knowing what she want wants. Making my life a lot easier. The wedding took place at Villa Tuscana, and was very much a reunion of family, friends, and old acquaintances.
It was an awesome wedding and the food was incredible with various traditional courses been served hot off giant woks. Being not well versed in the use of chopsticks as an eating tool, I did battle somewhat, and being not so well coordinated I immediately secured myself a spoon to enjoy the food that was presented. This was an amazing wedding , the atmosphere, energy and happiness that was prevalent will remain with me for a very long time. Enjoy the shots.

Getting ready
being little, and having to attend a ceremony can get a bit much. This was taken durring the service.

this is one of my all time favourites. Natasha & Rowan had just entered the reception venue, and as they were walking past the light entering from the huge doors caught her shoulders.

They opened up the dance floor immediately upon entering. And it is evident that they are both very much in love.

Laughter and joy, Rowan attempting to get the garter.
this is a series of shots that were taken when the bouquet was tossed, and this lucky lady actually caught it, but was not quite sure about the implications of catching it. A well captured happy shot.
Natasha & Rowan, thank you very much for everything and wishing you two everything of the best for the future.
As ever, best wishes.
Mario
